Why is meditation important for managers?

Today, few doubt the impact of meditation on leadership effectiveness.

Managers who meditate regularly enjoy [1]:
➡️ Better concentration
➡️ Sharper thinking
➡️ Emotional competence
➡️ Better relationships
➡️ Peace of mind.
The question is: Which form of meditation should you choose? I like the most:
⚪ "Mindfulness" (the object is the totality of sensations; I use it when I want to withdraw from thoughts, focus on body sensations and environmental sounds, experience activities better)
🧡 "Metta" (the object is people; it helps a lot to break away from yourself and experience more gratitude to your closest ones, colleagues, clients, strangers, the environment)
💡 "TM" (the object is mantra; it helps to relax and regain strength and also unleashes creativity because, during meditation, ideas on how to solve problems naturally come to your mind)
