How does a coaching session look like?A coaching session is a sincere conversation between the coach and the client (or group of clients). Usually, both sides sit opposite to each other (or in a circle in the case of a group). The conversation can also take place remotely or while walking outdoors.

How do I choose a topic for the session?A good starting point is the client's needs, deliberations, well-being, others' feedback, or the coach's questions. As the conversation progresses, the main topic expands or narrows, but this does not necessarily mean that the coach and the client deviate from the agreed topic.

Is coaching only about talking?Depending on the learning style of the client, conversations can be accompanied by other activities, such as writing, sketching, drawing, acting, or movement.

Is it normal to stay silent during sessions?Silence constitutes an integral part of the coaching process, allowing clients to stay with their feelings and thoughts. The coach is usually silent until the client signals one's readiness to continue the conversation.

Is it normal to cry during sessions?It is completely natural to experience various feelings during sessions, such as anger, sadness, anxiety, peace, or joy. The emotions experienced during a conversation signal that the discussed topic is significant.
