POVILAS GODLIAUSKAS

I am a psychologist, accredited coach, and people (HR) consultant. I provide life, career, and leadership coaching sessions and psychological counseling for individuals and teams, working in tech and related areas. I specialize in work, relationships, and wellbeing-related topics. I also conduct training sessions and lectures on various topics in coaching psychology and positive psychology.

 

I started my tech career in 2015 when I joined Synergium Sweden AB, one of the most innovative translation and localization houses in the Baltics, where I led the HR team. Between 2017 and 2021, I helped senior IT professionals get hired by major tech companies and startups, including ProtonMail, Trafi, Vinted, Wix, and ZEDGE.
