Individual psychotherapy
Individual sychotherapy sessions are conversations with a qualified psychologist and psychotherapy practitioner, focusing on strengthening mental health and developing self-awareness.
The aim is to help clients cope with emotional difficulties through science-based methods and techniques of counseling and psychotherapy.
Main tools and techniques: deep listening, emotional mirroring, processing of emotions and traumatic experiences, cognitive reframing, behavioral experiments, psychoeducation.
Sessions take place online (Google Meet) or face-to-face (Vilnius). Session regularity: at least 1 session per week (except for holidays). Session duration: 50 min.
