An untouchable day is the basis of a productive week

Writer: Povilas GodliauskasPovilas Godliauskas

What is an untouchable day? šŸ”’

It is a day when you perform activities that require concentration or devote time to your loved ones and hobbies [1].

It's a day when you respect your right to uninterrupted time and privacy. ā˜€ļø

Where to start?

1. Warn colleagues/relatives about it

2. Schedule untouchable days in the calendar

3. Engage in activities you appreciate (and put distractions aside)

4. Reflect on the experience and move on

What about you ā€“ do you have your untouchable day?

If so, how do you keep them intact? If not, what's stopping you?
