Psychological counseling sessions are conversations with a qualified psychologist, focusing on mental health strengthening.

The aim is to help individual clients cope with emotional difficulties through science-based methods and techniques of counseling and psychotherapy.

Main tools and techniques: deep listening, emotional mirroring, processing of emotions and traumatic experiences, cognitive reframing, behavioral experiments, psychoeducation.

Sessions take place online (Google Meet) or face-to-face (Antakalnio 99, Vilnius). Session duration: 50 min.

€50 + VAT per person for meeting at least 3x per month.

€55 + VAT per person for meeting less often than 3x per month.
